Madisson Onishenko, 18, of Saskatoon, SK, won the CET Medal class at the Edmonton Classic Horse Show, held May 24-27 at the Amberlea Meadows Equestrian Center in Alberta.
Madisson took the win riding Rockina, her own 12-year-old Czech Warmblood mare, while Amelia Voltner of Sherwood Park, AB, finished in second riding D’Artagnan. The CET Medal class is an equitation class that consists of a jumping phase and a flat phase, and includes jumps 1.10 - 1.15 m, with spreads up to 1.40 m.
